- 1 pack of vegan filo pastry
- 1 onion, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry for 3-4 minutes, or until soft and translucent.
