Ingredients
- 1 lb. lamb, sliced thin
- 4-6 pita breads
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the lamb, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until the lamb is evenly coated.
