- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool. Once cooled, stir in the feta cheese, dill, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Brush a baking dish with some of the melted butter. lay a sheet of phyllo at the bottom,brush it with more butter,and repeat the process with half of the phyllo sheets.
- Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the layered phyllo.
- Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top of the mixture, brushing each with butter as before.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the spanakopita to cool slightly before serving.
