    • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour marinade over the top, turning chicken to coat. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
