- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
