- Slice the lemons in half and juice them with a citrus juicer. You should get about 1 cup of juice.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
