- After the cucumber has released a good amount of its water, using a clean kitchen cloth or a cheesecloth, wring out the cucumber to get rid of as much excess water as you can.Your cucumber should be relatively dry.
- In a separate clean bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, finely minced garlic, white vinegar, dill, and olive oil. Stir with a spoon until it forms a smooth mixture.
- Add the squeezed, shredded cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
