1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 pita bread rounds
