– 1 lb of chicken breast or pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
– 1/4 cup of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 1 tbsp of dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. To make the Tzatziki, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill and mint, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for at least one hour.

2. For the Greek Salad, mix together the diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Add Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and let it chill in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat an outdoor grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. To make the Grilled Souvlaki, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in the cubed chicken or pork and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Thread the marinated chicken or pork onto skewers. Grill the Souvlaki for approximately six minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
