Greek Salad

  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta cheese in a bowl. Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
