  • 1 package of phyllo ‌pastry sheets
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to​ 180C/356F and lightly grease a baking‌ dish.
  2. In ⁢a large bowl,​ crumble the feta cheese and add the spinach, chopped dill, spring⁤ onions, eggs, salt and ‍pepper. Mix ⁤well.
  3. Take one phyllo sheet, brush ​it with melted butter, then place another sheet on top. Repeat the process until ⁤you have ⁣four layers.
  4. Place some of the spinach and feta mixture on the phyllo, then fold the pastry into a ⁢triangle.Repeat the process until all mixture is used.
  5. Place ⁢the spanakopita triangles on the greased baking dish and brush them with some more melted butter.
  6. Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
