  • 1/2 cup⁣ of quinoa
  • 1/2 pound of‌ chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup⁣ of red onion
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ‌red ⁤wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ⁣of‍ lemon juice
  • 1 clove ⁣of garlic
  • 1⁢ teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook ‌quinoa according ​to package instructions.
