Ingredients

• 1/4 cup of ouzo
• 1/4 cup of mastiha ‌liqueur
• 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1/4 ‌cup of sparkling water
• Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish
• Ice cubes

Instructions

1. In a shaker, combine ouzo, mastiha liqueur, lemon ⁣juice, and⁤ honey. Shake well.

2. Add ice cubes and ​shake again until well combined and chilled.

3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.

4. Top with sparkling water.

5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh​ mint.
