Mouth-Watering Greek Feast: A Delicious Dinner Recipe for the Whole Family
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
 - 1 yellow onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 red pepper, chopped
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 - 1 cup quinoa, cooked
 - 2 tbsp. olive oil
 - 2 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
 - 1 tsp. ground cumin
 - 1 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 1/4 tsp. black pepper
 - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
 
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
			
2. Add ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add red pepper, cherry tomatoes, and chickpeas to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in cooked quinoa, fresh oregano, ground cumin, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
