  1. Preheat the oven ‌to 200°C (180°C fan/400°F).
  2. In⁣ a non-stick pan, sauté the⁤ onion and garlic over medium⁤ heat for 5 minutes until⁤ softened.
  3. Add the tomato paste, oregano and basil, and cook for ⁤a further ‍minute.
  4. Stir ‌in the spinach, lemon juice and dill, and cook until the spinach has wilted.
  5. Add ⁤the crumbled tofu, water, nutritional yeast, ‍salt and pepper, and cook ‌for a further ‍2-3 minutes until heated through and the water has evaporated.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into ⁢two‌ sheets.
  7. Place one sheet on a lined baking tray.
  8. Spoon the filling onto the pastry sheet and spread out evenly.
  9. Top with the second ‍pastry⁣ sheet and pinch the edges to⁤ seal.
  10. Brush the ‌top ‍with a little plant-based milk.
  11. Bake ⁣for 25-30 minutes, ⁢or until the pastry is golden brown⁢ and crisp.
