  • 2 tsp⁤ Greek coffee
  • 2 cups⁤ water
  • 2 tsp sugar ​(optional)

For Greek Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

For Spanakopita​ – Spinach⁤ Pie:

  • 450 g⁢ spinach, chopped
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for‌ greasing
  • 2⁤ eggs
  • 1 onion, ⁢finely chopped
  • 1 roll phyllo dough

  1. Put ‌the Greek coffee and sugar (if desired)‌ into a briki (a small traditional coffee pot).
  2. Add the water and heat over low-medium until it begins to froth.
  3. Once frothing, let it bubble and it’s ready. Serve in a cup.

  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl. Drizzle with the honey and top with the chopped walnuts. It’s as simple and delicious as that!

For Spanakopita:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease⁣ a baking dish with olive oil.
