  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  9. Brush the top of the crust with aquafaba.
