1 block of extra-firm tofu
1 large cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup of chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup of vegan yogurt
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley

1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place them in a large bowl.
2. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Grate the cucumber into a separate bowl.
