Greek Salad Recipe

This classic Greek salad is perfect for a healthy and delicious lunch. It’s easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy!
