- 8 oz. ground lamb or beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- In a bowl, mix together the ground lamb or beef, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties.
