- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- Ice cubes
- Cold water
- Evaporated milk (optional)
1. In a shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix the instant coffee, sugar, and water together.
2. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds or until it doubles in volume and becomes frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the frothy mixture over the ice.
4. Add cold water to the glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
5. Stir the coffee and water together until well combined.
6. Add evaporated milk to taste, if desired.
