Greek frappé coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Ice cubes
  • Cold water
  • Evaporated milk (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix the instant coffee, sugar, and water together.

2. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds or until it doubles in volume and becomes frothy.
