1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

8-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Phyllo:

1/2 cup melted butter

1 package phyllo dough, thawed

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled spinach mixture, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
