Authentic Greek Dinner


  • 1 ‌lb lamb shoulder ‌or leg
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried‍ oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, ⁤chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a ​small bowl, whisk together the ‍olive oil, lemon juice, garlic,⁤ oregano, salt, and pepper.
