350g spaghetti
500g (1 3/4 cup) greek yogurt
35g (1/3 cup) slivered almonds
35g (1/4 cup) pine nuts
125ml (1/2 cup) cold water
30g (2 tbsp) tahini paste
15g (1 tbsp) butter
30ml (1 1/2 tbsp) olive oil
1clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 smashed garlic cloves)
1 tsp cumin powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
