HEALTHY CHICKEN TERIYAKI BOWLS
2-3 lbs Chicken thighs
1-2 bags of stir fry veggies
1/2 cup Very Very Teriyaki sauce (low sodium) – or one of your choosing
1/4 cup water
Coconut oil (for pan)
1/4-1/2 cup white rice (per serving)

TURKEY BURGERS, MINER’S MASH & BROCCOLI
2-3 lbs ground turkey (94% lean mixed with 85% lean)
1 yellow onion diced
1-2 eggs
Handful of oats

3 white potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup fage yogurt (0% unsweetened)
splash of half n half
1/2 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste!

4 head of broccoli (cut to desired size)
Drizzle olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

GROUND BEEF TACOS
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning (reduced sodium)
Corn tortillas

Garnish:
Sliced red cabbage
Shredded cheese (if desired)
Fage greek yogurt
Pineapple salsa
Siracha
