RECIPE:
Add 3 Chicken Breast seasoned with salt/pepper or seasoning salt to crockpot. Combine with 1/2 Jar of Salsa Verde. Cook high 2-3 hours or low 4-6. Shred chicken w/fork. Add 2 (approx) tablespoons of plain greek yogurt and few handfuls (about half a bag) of Mexican cheese blend. Stir+ let melt. Serve over rice/cauliflower rice.

  2. Do hip thrust and a lot of squat that how I toned and grew my butt I do hip thrust 2-3 times a week and squats everyday. Your squat you have to all the way down and come slowly up. I usually do a little heavy weight to do the squats. I love your channel too.
