1 package of filo dough (my sheets were 13’x18′)1/2 block medium firm or firm tofu1/2 cup vegan cream cheese (I like Kite Hill or Trader Joes)1/3 cup vegan mozzarella shreds (I used Whole Foods brand)1-2 tbsp red wine vinegar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp nutritional yeast1/2 cup olive oil or moreBlack and white sesame seeds (optional)

Dipping Sauce1 tbsp vegan cream cheese2 tbsp red wine vinegar1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp black pepper3 tbsp water or more to thin it out
