Ingredients
1. Chickpeas – 1cup (soaked overnight)
2. Spring onion or onion – 2springs or small onion
3. Garlic-cloves
4. Green chilly -2med
5. Parsley -1/2cup
6. Coriander -1/4cup
7. Salt – As per taste
8. Pepper – 1tsp
9. Lemon juice – 1tsp
10. Cumin powder -1tsp
11. Gram flour(Besan) – 1/4cup
12. Oil -2tsp

Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients from 1-11 . Mix them well and cover it and keep in refrigerator for an hour
2. After an hour take the mixture out add besan and mix well. It should be of a consistency of forming balls. Add more besan if it is sticky
3. Preheat airfryer at 400 degree cel. Apply little oil to the base and put the falafel balls. Apply little oil on top and cook it for 15mins. (Rotate the falafel sides in between)
4. Serve in a Pita or wrap with your fav toppings and sauces
Note – I used lettuce,tomato,cucumber, chilly sauce and Tahini in my sandwich
You can also deep fry at medium heat in oil, if you do not have Airfryer.
