Two Ingredient DONUT HOLES! Easy Doughnut hole recipe. This Greek yogurt donut recipe is one of the EASIEST dessert recipes EVER! NO KNEADING! NO ROLLING! Just mix the 2 ingredient donut hole recipe together and (carefully) drop the batter into hot oil OR BAKE I’ll(I’ll show you that another time!) Only 2 ingredients, self-rising flour and vanilla Greek yogurt. I use Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt. It’s got great flavor and its a bit sweet so you don’t have to mix additional sugar into the dough. It’s important to use VANILLA GREEK YOGURT because it has added sweeteners and vanilla flavor. Self rising flour already has salt and leaveners included so you don’t have to add any baking powder or yeast.

Here’s the recipe. Just mix 1 cup of Greek Gods HONEY VANILLA Greek yogurt into 1 cup of self-rising flour. If you use a different Vanilla Greek yogurt you may have to adjust the amounts.
Heat about 1 and 1/2 inches of canola or vegetable oil in a heavy pot with sides at least 3 inches high. Your oil should be about 365 degrees.
Fry the doughnut holes for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. The doughnut holes should float almost immediately after you drop them into the hot oil. Test one out first to see if your oil is hot enough.

For the glaze mix 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 2-4 tablespoons of half and half or heavy cream depending on how thick you want your glaze to be.
