I have been dying to recreate some viral TikTok recipes. However, because I am still dieting, I needed to find snacks that are macro friendly. Learn which TikTok recipes are worth trying and those you can pass up on! Enjoy!

Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe:
In a bowl, mix together: 2 cups of greek yogurt (any flavor), 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 TBSP vanilla extra, a few drops of lime juice, and salt. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread out yogurt mixture. Add any toping you desire. I added fresh strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and chocolate chips. Highly recommend adding granola. Freeze until solid. I later drizzled honey just right before eating it, which made for a delicious sweet and tart treat!

    Today I drizzled honey over the frozen yogurt bark, and omgggg SO good. It bumped the rating up to a 4.5 stars and now I would actually make this snack again. Also, you guys have been messaging me about the recipe for the Frozen Yogurt Bark.
