    Note that this plate is called "bouyiourdi" in Greece and its served mainly as an opening (appetizer) along with some ouzo or tsipouro.
    You can also put the tomatoes 1st and the cheese above them.Over here up north, we dont use the capper.Make sure your peppers are hot.
