Liverpool FC are officially the new English Premier League winners, to add to their European and World winner’s titles.

Not only the Greekosophy team consists of life long LFC supporters, but Anfield is where Greekosophy began and became popular. The ‘Greek Stall’ became part of a match-day routine for many fans. Enjoying Greek food, whether that was a Greek souvlaki in pita or a home made spicy kebab, with the main stand in the background, brought happiness to many people outside the stadium. Jurgen and the boys brought happiness inside it.

We want to think that in the same way Klopp turned us from doubters to believers, Greekosophy turned football fans from doubters to believers of Greek food.

Having followed Liverpool for the best part of 45 years, this video is a big ‘thank you’ to the Reds, as well as a trip down memory lane, from the days we were inside the ground singing our hearts out, to the days we were cooking Greek street food to the sound of You’ll Never Walk Alone.

As a big thank you to our customers too, this video includes the recipe of one of the popular dips of our Anfield stall: the appropriately named Reds Sauce.
