  1. Unreal if you were on that low amount of calories during your prep!!!! I just put mine down to 1800 and feel like I'm dying 🥵 to my credit I do a physical job putting in 20k steps per day on average….that being said props to you and the food is very creative and tasty looking 👌

    I struggle doing 50 carb/50 fat daily & im around 15-20kg less muscle than you

    How long can you sustain this low combo of fuel macros?

  3. One of my favorite breakfasts is to cook whole oats in water, stir in egg whites when the oatmeal is finishing cooking, then stir in one spoonful of peanut butter until all is dissolved. Next, I sprinkle stevia and cinnamon on top and serve with a serving of fresh blueberries on the top. Your meals remind me of this meal. Thanks for sharing.
