I enjoy your channel watching about 2 videos after work while I eat my homemade healthy supper , thank you for the company … I started cooking 5 years ago , I use lots of veggies less red meat and more fish .. I will try this dish ..say bonjour the your son ( he look exactly like you ) here in Montreal Canada we speak French , is the little Paris France

  2. Thanks for the recipe! Just be careful with the high carb diet because it's not a good long term diet. Essentially what carbohydrates are is sugar and eating just carbs can mess up your system in the long run.
