Making yogurt at home does not have to be difficult.
Take 1 gallon milk and heat to 180 degrees. Then cool to 120 degrees. Once cooled add 1 cup of yogurt with live cultures in it. Look for words like lactobacillus on the back of the yogurt container. Wrap pot in some blankets or towels and let sit for 8-12 hours. Then put in refrigerator and let it get completely cold. At least 24 hours! After that you have yogurt. You can eat at this point or strain and make Greek yogurt.
Feel free to add flavorings, fruit, and sweeten to taste!
