Spanakopita is very Greek, It has every Greek element going for it, Filo pastry, Spinach and Feta .
In this episode I show how to make your own Filo, it’s a good recipie to have.

Ingredients for Filo

3 Cups AP Flour
1 Cup and a Tbs of Warm Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbs vineger
40 ml olive oil

For Spanakopita filling

1 bunch Spinach
1 medium size onion
7 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Feta , I used paneer
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 juice of lemon

for building you will additionally need , 1/2 cup of oil and 1 egg
