– 750 ml (26 oz) of whole milk
– 200 ml (6.7 oz) of heavy cream
– Lemon rind
– 1 stick of cinnamon
– 120 g (4.2 oz) of rice
– 80 g (2.8 oz) of granulated sugar
– 6 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
– 1 egg yolk

  1. When I was little I like to eat cooked rice, topped with powder milk and brown sugar or munch powder milk with a bit of brown sugar. The other one was a cooked rice with good amount of milo and no sugar. 😊

  2. I have a way that is even easier, and just as tasty. First, boil the rice until it is soft. Drain the water. For every cup of rice, add one half cup of milk. Stir over a stovetop until it is an oatmeal-like consistency. Then add sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.
