Ingredients (1 portion):

1 bell pepper (here I used 3 small ones with different colours)
1 big champignon mushroom
1/2 of a small red onion
4 cherry tomatoes
7 olives
150 grams of cheese (medium hard & salted)

Recipe preparation:

1. Wash all your vegetables
2. Peel off the mushrooms an clean the inside of the bell pepper
3. Cut all vegetables in small pieces and the cheese
4. Put all ingredients in a heat resistant bowl
5. Bake at 180° C for 8 minutes
6. Season with oregano

And voilà – your quick recipe is done! Enjoy!
