In today’s video I have made yummy Greek yogurt pancakes which can be made very quick and filling one as breakfast! Greek yogurt acts as a protein powerhouse packed with probiotics making it a balanced diet. If you can’t find yogurt then feel free to replace it with mashed banana puree(2 medium sized banana blended in a mixer)

**Ingredients**
Greek Yogurt – 1 cup (120 g)
All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Honey – For toppings
Butter – 2 to 3 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1
Milk – 300 ml
Banana – 2 (Medium sized & pureed) if no Yogurt at home.
