2 oranges
3 eggs
1 cup caster sugar (215g)
3 cups Almond Meal (300g)
1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder

Juice of 1 orange
Rind of one orange
3/4 cup caster sugar (155g)

Bake for 1 hour in greased pan at 170C (338f) (this temperature is for fan forced oven, higher for normal oven).

  2. I used coconut sugar instead and it came out too sweet. Also, I can still taste the egg even though it is well cooked. Now all this is taste when it first comes out. I have since put it in the fridge over night and tasted it this morning, its good 🙂
