  1. The dough is a basic "kourou". The most perfect dough for all.
In Greece and Cyprus we make a stuffing with fetta- fresh mint, or minced meat or spinach/dill/chives/fetta or anything you may have in the fridge.
This dough recipe is the best for both savory and sweet dishes.

  2. Hey webspoon I have a request.. When I used to work in Shetland I was provided accommodation on a cruise ship..One night one of the dishes they served Was these sausages they had cut into chunks and were in a barbecue gravy the gravy was thin and very sweet and tasted amazing and the sausages were really thick like bratwurst style chunks but they tasted incredible im just wondering if you know the recipe for them?

  3. I've been making filled buns for ages but I've never filled them with a cabbage mixture. I'm German and Irish and I will definitely be making these for Thanksgiving here in the states!!! Amazing recipes! Thanks so much!
