Ingredients:
Step One: Frying Egg Plant and Potato
4 Egg Plant
3 Potato

Step Two: Making Chicken Mince
3 tbsp oil with Bay leaf, 1 cardamom (elachi)
1 large chopped onion (piyaz)
1 tsp chopped garlic (lassan)
1/2 KG Chicken Mince
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Crush Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Mix Spice
1 Tsp Thyme
1/2 cup fresh tomato paste
1/4 Cup Chicken Stock (Yakhni)
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 Tsp paprika powder

Step 3: Making White Sauce (Bechamel Sauce)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour (maida)
Gradually add 3 cup milk (doodh)
1 tsp salt (namak)
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Step 4: ASSEMBLING
Sprinkle salt and Black pepper
Spread mozarella cheese
