2 eggs
1 medium tomato
Red wine vinegar

Salt
160 ml milk (room temperature)
80 ml water (room temperature)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
320 g of flour (type 550)
Fresh thyme
2 tsp dry yeast
1 bunch of dill
1/2 cucumber
1 clove of garlic
3 tsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp Quark
