  2. I cut my toenails today.
    (Actually, just the ones on my left foot).
    I'm saving the announcement of the right foot toenail clipping for a very special occasion.
    Perhaps when I have a completely dumb ass recipe for salad dressing that the entire fuckin' world must be bored with, I will post the glory of my right foot toenail clippings, for the whole world to revel in.
    (But then, I'm special like that, and the internet was obviously created for my particular brand of who gives a shit, unlike your highness.)

  3. DAMN that’s a lot of oil. The whole bowl is 336g of fat if you used organic extra virgin olive oil. I hope you didn’t use all of that in one day 😂

  5. Hi Dimitra, Thanks for your unselfish dedication. I know the Cretan oil is the best on the planet. Can you share where one can buy a bulk amount of this delicacy in the USA or the internet? The bottled ones are very expensive and in this video you have used the carafe, so I assume you must have access to larger quantities? Thanks in advance for sharing 🙂

A couple of enhancements Dimitra: if you vigorously whisk a steady stream of olive oil into the cold lemon juice with the herbs and spices, it becomes a creamier consistency and suspends the herbs and spices better. Secondly, use the back end of your knives to move food off the cutting board, your blade edge and fingers will thank you. Otherwise your syntagi is on point! 🇬🇷
