What better way to start the New Year, then with a Healthy Vegan Recipe. In this video, I will show you how to make Turli. Turli is a Mediterranean dish, which is very similar to Ratatouille(French). In Albania, we often add red meat to the dish, but in my opinion, the original vegan version is the best. The main difference with Ratatouille is that this version has potatoes in it.

INGREDIENTS for Turli – Ratatouille – Greek Briam:
• 1.5 ib Tomatoes
• 3 Potatoes
• 1 Zucchini
• 1 Yellow Squash
• 1/2 Onion
• 1 Red Onion
• 1 Eggplant
• Garlic Cloves
• 2 Celery Sticks
• Basil
• Parsley
• Oregano
• Olive Oil
• Salt
