  1. Hey Guys.. how have you been.. Let me know whether you like such informative post or want me to make one without any recording and just the music like we did in Fresh Fruit Cake.. 😀

  2. This is such a great way of teaching and passing on the technique. the details and troubleshooting the issues. This sounds so basic, but for beginners, this is a great tutorial!

  3. Good afternoon! Thank you so much for the great video! I've tried it a couple of times and I've never been able to make it look pretty like yours. I hope that following your video, I can do it, it would be a dream, because I really like this type of bread. Would you help me? I had two doubts, one if I could use the normal wheat flour, because in the small town where I live, I can not find another type of different flour and the other doubt is, after opening the pitta with the roll you let the disk rest for 30 minutes on top of the paper before putting it on frying pan? or can I open it with the roller, the disk, lead directly to the frying pan? Thank you so much!

  4. very nice. good in your details because you show it as well along with extra info that will be informative to those who doesn't know pita bread. kudos.
only feedback I have is to zoom out a bit to not cut off some of your shots but everything about this is great.

  5. Really good description, works like a dream. Maybe one day you can do the same with ordinary roti, so we poor western guys who weren't taught by our mothers can get it right.. 🙂

  6. Thanks for sharing this recipe! Love pita bread and can't get it anymore where I am living. 🙁 I will try to make some in my cast iron skillet.
