  1. I remember when OPRAH did her anti-beef show when mad cow disease was THE scare. The Texas cattle association cam after her and Phil McGraw was one of her advisors. Of course OPRAH got him launched as DR. PHIL. HE ALWAYS MENTIONS HER FONDLY..well, sort of:/ Oh and Gina, I LOVE this little LAMB LON CHOPS. They are delicious when broiled!!

  2. WHERE is out here where YOU ARE dear Gina? I've been enjoying your videos and your sharing the delicious food with us thru the camera> SWEET:-) :AMB is my favorite meat, although I broil them often and make a sour cherry sauce, sometimes mint jelly if I'm having wild rice pilaf.

  3. This recipe looks great. Your voice is so pretty and easy to listen to…. But I couldn't listen to the smacking at the end. Lol that's just one of those things that gets under my skin so bad. Idk how people watch those videos listening to people eat. Close yo damn mouth lol.

  4. OMGOODNESS! I made this dish last night for my family and unexpected guests. This dish went over so well Gina. I cant thank you enough for your recipes. It helps me so much with ideas on not only WHAT to cook, but HOW to cook it. I used beef broth because I was out of chicken broth. I made the cherry cordial for dessert but lost my can of cherries 🤦🏾‍♀️ so … I bought more & I'll top it today so we'll eat it with dinner tonight. Thanks again!

  5. Ms Gina. Awesome as always. I make my lamb a little differently but I'll be trying your way this weekend. By the way try using clarified butter, it burns less but you still get that good butter flavor.

  6. Mutton is expensive I really believe so obviously beef is to be expensive really expensive and only thing that I can get is pork chops I mean and pork that's what I meant not pork chops
but pork and that's what causes you to have a heart attack is too much meat but I imagine that lamb mutton is probably less calories and less fat.

  7. 👋👋👋Heyyyy Gina. I've never tried lamb before, but it looks so savory. I've never even heard of mint jelly…I've got to call my 98 year old Grandma tomorrow & ask her about it.😆 Thanks so much for sharing your recipe, take care, & be blessed.

  8. I love Lamb shanks from Costco ( frozen with their own gravy) but oooh my gosh are they good. Served with mash potatoes and asparagus….. yum…. yum…. 😍
