Supplies
– Instapot with yogurt button
– large strainer
– cheese cloth
– yogurt starter

Steps
1. Boil milk to 180 degrees
2. Cool milk to 115-118 degrees
3. Stir in starter (1T per gallon of milk)
4. Put milk in instapot for 8 hours on “normal”
5. Refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight — if you’re making normal yogurt, you’re done!
6. Greek yogurt: Filter out liquid whey and save some to be your starter next time!
