ingredients
oats flour – 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour – 1cup
salt-1 tsp
baking powder- 4 tbsp
arrowroot powder/cornstarch- 2 tbsps
greek yogurt -2 cups
seasoning
hemp seeds- 1tsp
chia seeds- 1 tbsp
flax seeds – 1tbsp
garlic powder- 1tsp
glaze- olive oil
method
sieve the blended oats flour
in a bowl add oats flour, whole wheat flour, salt,baking powder,arrowroot powder, mix to combine everything
add greek yogurt and mix to form a dough
now on floured surface transfer dough mixture and press the dough
do not need the dough to much
preheat the oven at 350F
divide into equal parts
roll the dough into a rope to form a circular bagels
or roll the ball by making a whole in the center
rest them for 10 mins
mix the seasoning
after resting 10 mins , brush the bagels with olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings.
bake at 350 f for 20- 25 mins
allow the bagels to cool
